The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style. The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining area and lounge. In the lounge there is a 32″ wide flat screen television with Blue Ray DVD/video and CD player / Ipod Docking Station.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dish washer, fridge freezer, double oven, microwave and even a baby Gaggia Italian cappuccino machine.
The master bedroom with en suite affords the panorama of Porthmeor beach and headland and the second bedroom has views of the harbour. There are televisions in both bedrooms and bed linen and towels are provided. The master bedroom has a 5″ double bed and the second bedroom can be made as either two 3″ single beds or a 6″ super king size bed.
Car parking is available across the road on Barnoon public car park (weekly parking tickets can be purchased). Clients also have free use of the Old Police Garage which is only 5 minutes walk away from the apartment in Trerice Place. The garage internal size is 16’8 x 9′ with a standard 7′ up and over door, and is also useful for surf board storage.
Bookings are from 3pm Friday to 10am Friday, bookings longer than 1 week will have a weekly bedding and towel change. (Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking policy).
